Payment is due at time of order placement. We Accept Visa and Mastercard. Monthly billing is based on a 30-day billing cycle. A declined card or check will result in removal of equipment immediately.
Changes in any order can be made up to 24 hours before delivery or pick-up.
Customers must be present at time of delivery to verify and sign for all equipment and approve placement of units. Site must be clear of debris, snow or cars at all times including pick up, delivery, or servicing. Customer must call at least two (2) days prior to the date for pick-up. Customers will be notified of any additional charges including damage and banned items.
Customer is responsible for all missing or damaged equipment. Customer is responsible for damage caused by fire, theft, negligence, abuse, or vandalism. Customer agrees to pay all costs necessary to repair or replace said equipment. A police report must be filed for damaged or stolen units.
Ben’s Container and Rubbish is not responsible for damage caused by mother nature or weather.
Portable Sanitation Equipment
Customer is responsible for all tip-overs and extra cleanings. Restrooms/portable sinks are cleaned Monday-Friday. If unit is unable to be serviced an extra fee will occur for a second cleaning.
Dumpsters
There is an overage fee if you go over the weight limit (15 yard up to 1 ton- 20 yard up to 2 ton). Please do not fill dumpsters over fill line. Items will be removed at customers site at time of pick-up that are past the fill line. The following items cannot be disposed of in a dumpster; appliances, air conditioners, propane or gas tanks, box springs, mattresses, televisions, batteries, tires, computer parts/monitors, toxic/hazardous waste, paint, textiles. These items will incur an additional charge if found in dumpster.
Yard waste can be in a dumpster without any other debris. If town requires a dumpster/roadway permit an additional charge will be added.
Ben’s Container and Rubbish/ Guaranteed Builders and Developers Inc is not responsible for damage to property including driveway, landscaping, and land caused by our vehicle entering or exiting your property. Nor shall they be liable for personal injury or damage from use, operation, or maintenance of equipment under this agreement.
